Pedagogical professional Hilversum

Isabelle came back to Paddington Hilversum because it just felt right again. She once started here as an intern, then gained experience at another childcare centre, and deliberately came back because she feels most at home with us. She has now been working in Hilversum for several years as a qualified pedagogical professional. Children know her as someone who sees them and takes them seriously, with a calm, positive energy in the group.

Isabelle is strong in devising and offering challenging activities that suit where children are at that moment in their development. She has experience with all ages and likes to look along: what does this child need right now to take a step forward? With her interest in child development and her practical approach, she provides days that are fun and rewarding in a safe, familiar environment.
