Pedagogical professional (hours negotiable)
For our small-scale and personal childcare service, we are looking for a motivated, independent Pedagogical Professional. Paddington offers childcare for children aged zero to four. Together with regular colleagues you take care of your own group. You provide a safe environment in which children can develop optimally. During the day you offer the children development-oriented activities, in line with the theme of the day. We pay a lot of attention to quality standards. You are supported by a pedagogical coach who gives you the opportunity to discuss pedagogical situations. In consultation, we make arrangements about your working days and working hours. Do you want to keep developing yourself? Fine, we offer regular training courses.
