After all, you don’t want to let anyone down. That’s why we make sure that doesn’t happen. At Paddington, you simply drop off and pick up your child whenever it suits you.

Flexible childcare hours

Our opening hours are generous: our childcare professionals are ready for you from 07:00 to 18:30. And you really don’t need to quickly make a sandwich or warm up a bottle beforehand; getting dressed, freshening up, and heading out the door is enough. We take care of the rest as soon as you’re on your way to work.

Looking for flexible childcare in Laren or Hilversum?

Would you like to swap a day, request an extra day, or shift a few hours? In most cases, that’s possible. It gives you just that extra bit of breathing space, so you don’t have to twist yourself into knots to make everything fit. You’ll find Paddington in both Laren and Hilversum.

What does flexible childcare cost?

Nothing more than normal childcare. You just pay a fixed hourly rate and everything is included: food, drinks, diapers and flexibility. Good to know: at Paddington, you are not required to book 11-hour childcare days if 8 hours a day is enough for you. That is our minimum, because we want to create as much calm and consistency in the groups as possible. If there is a spot available and you would like your child to attend just a morning, we’re happy to think along. We like focusing on what is possible.
